We purchased the Joyee Genting Spa from NZ Spas, Blair was amazing to deal with throughout the entire process - he went above and beyond for us and made the process so easy and efficient, we appreciated all the info he provided along the way too. Blair and the entire team at NZ Spa’s Ltd made the purchasing of our Spa easy. The location where we wanted to put our Spa was challenging, as there was no easy access for something of that size due to the configuration of property. Blair took this as a personal challenge and looked at two different ways of handling the challenge: a crane or a fork lift. He was able to use his forklift to carefully get around trees and then lift the spa up a story to its final destination. He also helped us arrange for fixing up the destination patio so that we now have a nice space for our Spa. And most importantly got it all done by the week before Christmas!

Having previously owned spa pools of varying brands after much research I settled on the Joyee California spa from NZ Spa’s Limited. The spa is extremely high quality and an excellent price point, it is made with American acrylic and Balboa controls. Tracy was super communicative from my initial enquiry through to delivery. Daniel and Blair personally delivered the spa from Wellington to Northland and we were kept up to date every step of the way. The after care service is also outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and it is very evident that they truly believe and advocate for not only providing a great quality product and service but the benefits and wellbeing that spa pools provide. I cannot recommend highly enough, you will not be disappointed in choosing a spa from NZ Spa’s Limited. Thank you guys!
